Job Title: IT Senior Support Specialist - Hybrid

Job Description:
As a IT Senior Support Specialist you will provide advanced technical support for enterprise applications and systems acting as a senior escalation point for complex issues while supporting end users through on-site and remote assistance. You will troubleshoot analyze and resolve application and system problems contribute to application enhancements and support deployments and training activities in a dynamic customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide senior-level technical support to end users via phone and on-site assistance.
- Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues.
- Support deployment configuration modification and maintenance of third-party applications.
- Analyze user requirements and assist with designing software or configuration changes.
- Perform data analysis and support issue resolution using SQL and scripting techniques.
- Serve as a lead resource for assigned tasks and mentor or train other support staff.
- Support application deployments upgrades and error debugging activities.
- Participate in Agile-support activities and manage assigned tasks independently.
Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:
- High school diploma or GED plus education or experience in IT support or system administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing front-end and back-end support for third-party applications.
- Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving application deployment configuration and runtime issues.
- Experience supporting Java-based web applications and related technologies.
- Strong experience with SQL PL/SQL and Oracle databases for analysis and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with programming or scripting languages such as Java JavaScript or Groovy.
- Experience working with XML-based configurations and integrations.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently own tasks and operate effectively as a senior technical resource.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $60.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
