Job Title: Infrastructure Facility Coordinator

Job Description:
As an Infrastructure Facility Coordinator you will support space planning and utilization initiatives by managing shared and reservable workspaces maintaining accurate floorplan and workspace data and enabling effective use of a space reservation system. You will collaborate with facilities real estate and IT teams to ensure spaces assets and scheduling technologies are properly configured documented and adopted by end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and consolidate workspace information from internal leads and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with real estate and facilities partners to obtain floorplans and manage file conversions.
• Input and maintain floorplans room data and workspace details in the space reservation system.
• Assess shared and reservable spaces in collaboration with agency representatives.
• Manage user group and agency data within the reservation platform.
• Train end users on effective use of the space reservation system.
• Coordinate with telecom video conferencing and desktop teams on shared space needs.
• Maintain equipment inventories and asset records for shared workspaces.
• Install configure and program room scheduling panels.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to read interpret and apply floorplans including room numbering standards.
• Experience with space reservation or room booking systems.
• Detail oriented skills for accurate data entry and system maintenance.
• Experience conducting joint space assessments with users and partners.
• Training and customer support skills for end user adoption.
• Ability to collaborate across IT facilities and real estate teams.
• Familiarity with equipment inventory and asset tracking.
• Technical aptitude for installing and configuring scheduling hardware.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $60.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
