Job Description:
As an Developer you will design develop and maintain modern web and CMS-based applications within the Microsoft technology stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable secure and high performance solutions while supporting ongoing maintenance enhancements and deployments in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using C# technologies.
• Design and support CMS-driven solutions including customization deployment and maintenance.
• Build responsive accessible web interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
• Integrate applications with backend services and third-party systems.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure application security.
• Design and optimize database interactions using SQL Server and data access frameworks.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation practices.
• Implement logging monitoring and error-handling mechanisms.
• Perform testing including unit regression and integration testing to ensure quality.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and web application support.
• Strong expertise in C# .NET Framework Core.
• Experience developing public-facing websites and CMS-based applications.
• Proficiency with HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks.
• Strong understanding of web architecture accessibility standards and content management workflows.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server T-SQL and relational database design.
• Experience working with Entity Framework or Entity Framework Core.
• Familiarity with authentication authorization and secure web development practices.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git or TFS.
• familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of logging frameworks and monitoring tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
