Position Overview
We are looking for motivated energetic individuals to join our Business Development Center. As a BDR you will be the first point of contact for our customersresponsible for generating appointments and creating opportunities for our sales and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads (phone internet text) quickly and professionally
- Make outbound calls to follow up with prospects and prior customers
- Set confirm and manage appointments for Sales and Service
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records
- Follow proven processes to maximize show rates and conversions
- Deliver a high-quality positive customer experience on every interaction
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication skills and phone presence
- Customer service call center or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced goal-driven environment
- Coachable competitive and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer/CRM skills
