Position Overview:
The CRM & Analytics Specialist plays a vital role in the Technology Services organization serving as an administrator for Salesforce / Tableau users and a key resource for business intelligence and analytics. This position is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements building and maintaining schema data automation and reports in Salesforce SQL and Tableau. They will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders. The specialist supports the day-to-day operations of various departments by creating and maintaining Salesforce & Tableau reports and dashboards and managing data lists and loads. Through these efforts the CRM & Analytics Specialist ensures data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the organization.

Technology Services is a crucial enabler of The Atlanta Braves success by delivering reliable high-performance technology systems and infrastructure that are easy to use. Technology Services works closely with business partners to improve and transform technology-enabled capabilities and the value of the technology investment portfolio through innovation execution and an outstanding user experience.
Major Responsibilities:
- Administer Salesforce including user management permissions and configuration of CRM components for various departments.
- Gather analyze and document business requirements in partnership with stakeholders across various sales service operations and marketing teams.
- Design build and maintain schemas and automation in Salesforce to support business processes and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce & Tableau reports and dashboards for business units while enabling self-service reporting where possible.
- Support day-to-day operations by managing data lists loads and integrations between the CRM data warehouse and other business systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders developers and 3rd parties to translate business needs into technical solutions enhancements and data sets.
- Identify analyze and resolve technical problems ensuring high-quality support and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Mathematics or a related technical field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems including user administration and process automation.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing data modeling and reporting concepts.
- Proficiency with SQL for data extraction transformation and automation.
- Experience creating Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Process-driven analytical approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Customer-first service-oriented mindset and collaborative team player.
- Must complete a successful background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CRM experience in the sports or entertainment industry.
- Experience with Ticketmaster products or other ticketing systems.
- Tableau / Salesforce certifications.
