Job Summary:
The Busser plays a critical support role in the restaurant assisting servers and ensuring a clean organized and welcoming environment for guests. This team member helps maintain service flow by promptly resetting tables replenishing service items and assisting with overall dining room cleanliness and guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a warm friendly manner and assist with seating when needed.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently following guest departures.
• Assist servers by delivering water bread condiments and other items to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas including floors stations and restrooms.
• Refill beverages coffee stations and ice bins as needed.
• Monitor tables for guest needs and alert servers or managers if attention is needed.
• Dispose of waste sort and return dishes and glassware to the kitchen or dishwashing area.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures according to company policies and local health regulations.
• Provide courteous and timely support to all team members and guests.
• Perform opening mid-shift and closing duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness detail and guest service.
• Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift push or carry up to 40 lbs.
• Frequent bending stooping and reaching.
• Comfortable working in a high-energy loud and fast-paced environment.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $17 per hour plus tips
