ServiceMaster of Salem a leading provider of fire water and mold damage restoration services is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a locally owned company we are dedicated to helping our community restore their properties and lives with exceptional service and expertise.
This is an in-person position at our Salem office Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM.

What Youll Be Doing - Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Campaign Leadership: Design lead and oversee comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media email SEM display ads) ensuring alignment with broader business goals and brand strategy.
- Content Strategy & Development: Create and implement a robust content calendar producing high-quality engaging and SEO-optimized content for the website blog social media and email marketing that resonates with our target audience.
- SEO/SEM Strategy & Optimization: Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies and manage PPC campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI increasing organic traffic and driving high-quality lead generation.
- Social Media Growth & Engagement: Lead social media strategy to build brand awareness foster community engagement and monitor evolving social trends to keep the company at the forefront of digital conversations.
- Lead Tracking and Analytics: Implement and maintain lead tracking systems to monitor lead sources customer journeys and conversion paths; analyze this data to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
- Data-Driven Analytics & Insights: Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to conduct in-depth campaign performance analysis generate actionable insights and present regular reports to leadership with clear recommendations for optimization.
- Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: Develop and refine digital funnels and landing pages to increase lead quality and conversion rates collaborating closely with sales to ensure seamless lead nurturing.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all digital platforms ensuring messaging aligns with company values and market positioning.
- Community & Partnership Engagement: Actively participate in local community initiatives and partnerships leveraging these relationships to enhance brand reputation and digital content opportunities.
- Cross-Department Collaboration & Vendor Management: Serve as a key liaison between marketing sales leadership and external agencies or vendors to synchronize marketing efforts and maximize resource efficiency.
- Innovation & Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends tools and best practices; pilot new technologies and approaches to keep the company competitive and innovative.
- Project Management: Lead multiple projects from conception to execution managing timelines budgets and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

What were looking for - Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in digital marketing preferably within the restoration or a related industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO SEM PPC social media content marketing and email marketing
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics Google Ads social media management tools and email marketing software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
