Sales After-Market Parts Manager

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure all customer concerns are addressed effectively collaborating with engineering manufacturing and relevant teams as necessary.
• Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
• Contribute to strategic decisions impacting the functional area of responsibility.
• Must be capable of resolving escalated issues arising from distributes and end users requiring coordination with other departments.
• Identify new business opportunities maintain client relationships and provide sales support to secure orders.
• Participate in budget development as required.
• Perform all work in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures.
• Identify trends in sales data and initiate casual analysis when needed.
• Ensure high level of Customer Satisfaction when assisting distributors.
• Coordinate with inventory procurement and warehouse teams to ensure efficient inventory levels and timely product delivery.
• Assist in aftermarket support functions such as purchasing sales support warehouse support.
  

• Bachelors degree or related experience
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel.
• Excellent verbal written communications and strong organizational skills.
• Proven experience in parts sales including experience in outside sales or customer service in the automotive/machinery industry.

Familiarity with Syspro Management System
