Job Summary
Clinton School is seeking a dedicated & compassionate paraprofessional to support the Alternative Learning Environment ta the Junior High Level. This position plays a vital role in helping students with academic behavioral and social-emotional needs succeed in a structured supportive setting. The ideal candidate is patient flexible and committed to fostering a positive learning include:Providing instructional support to students under the direction of the ALE TeacherAssist with individualized and small-group instruction in core academic areas and skill building activitiesSupport students in meeting behavior goals using de-escalation techniques and positive behavior interventionsHelp maintain a safe structured and supportive classroom environment
