Position Summary:
Mary Immaculate Parish is seeking a dedicated and organized Business Manager to support the daily administrative and operational functions of the parish. This role combines office management communications and coordination responsibilities to ensure the parish runs efficiently while supporting the mission of the Catholic Church.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and secretarial support for parish operations
Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination for parish priest
Prepare and record minutes for Parish and Finance Council meetings
Produce the weekly parish bulletin
Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate services as needed
Manage and update the parish website and social media platforms
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic website/social media management
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
Additional Information:
This position does not include bookkeeping responsibilities.
