Cyber SME III Technology Capabilities, TSSCI

Security Requirements: TS/SCI (SAP eligible)

Skills/Experience:

Core Experience & Project Management: Fifteen (15) years of technical expertise related to cyber engineering and cyberspace test and evaluation with 10 years experience in project management.

Technical & Operational Focus: Ten (10) years experience supporting the analysis assessment demonstration testing and/or experimentation of cyber capabilities.

Demonstrated participation in the research development integration and testing of innovative technologies for both offensive and defensive cyber.

System Evaluation & Validation: Ten (10) years experience evaluating and validating sensor system performance effectiveness and operational feasibility.

Demonstrated experience in recommending assessments to determine system performance to risks.

Compliance & Certification: Must meet certification requirements per applicable DoW Directives and DoW Instructions. Must have relevant industry credentials such as: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) Global Information Assurance Certifications (GIAC) Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)

Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in computer science Information Technology cybersecurity or related science or engineering field.

Preferred Skills and Experience: Military or DoW experience.
