Work Schedule: 36 hours guaranteed (with expectation to work up to 40 hours per week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients develop customized treatment plans and deliver therapy focused on improving mobility reducing pain and restoring function.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients on home exercise programs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Float to other clinics as needed

Patient Population:

Outpatient Orthopedic patients

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Active state licensure (or eligibility)
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
