Overview

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  1. Software Development & Automation
  • Assist with the development and testing of internal tools using Python Java or JavaScript
  • Participate in the design and implementation of RPA workflows to automate repetitive business tasks
  • Learn and apply automation platforms such as Power Automate and UiPath

  1. Quality Assurance & Documentation
  • Support QA testing across various IT initiatives
  • Assist with documentation and version control practices
  • Use tools like Git to manage and track code changes

  1. Data APIs & Integration
  • Work with APIs and data sources to support reporting integrations and dashboards

  1. Agile Collaboration & Teamwork
  • Attend daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings following Agile/Scrum practices
  • Contribute to process improvement discussions and team brainstorming sessions
  • Collaborate with team members using tools such as Jira

  1. Learning & Professional Development
  • Learn new technologies tools and frameworks as required for project work

  1. Miscellaneous
  • Support our values in the stated areas of Safety Customer Focus Teamwork Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Currently working towards a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
  • Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver
  • Ability to operate calmly in a high-pressure environment
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python Java or C
  • Comfortable working with both front-end and back-end logic
  • Interest in automation system design or enterprise software development
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and ask questions
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines

The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience qualifications and cost of living in the assigned market. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

  • Base: $23 per hour
