The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff on hardware software and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and networks
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems and software
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
- Train staff on new technology and software as needed
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new systems and technologies
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT support
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Active Directory DNS and DHCP
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with healthcare IT systems is a plus
