As an IT Staff Engineer youll play a critical role in designing developing and launching scalable applications and AI-driven features that enhance business capabilities and operational efficiency. This senior-level position focuses on strategic projectsnot routine maintenancegiving you the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives from concept to completion.

What Youll Do

• Lead the design development and deployment of high-impact software features.
• Accelerate delivery of strategic initiatives by owning special projects from concept to launch.
• Identify and implement AI automation and advanced engineering solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Own full-cycle development of new features and systems including planning coding testing and release.
• Integrate APIs data pipelines and third-party services to expand platform functionality.
• Optimize performance scalability and security of newly developed systems.
• Explore emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
• Mentor and support other engineers through architectural guidance and technical leadership.
• Proactively identifies opportunities and drives solutions with minimal oversight

What Were Looking For

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
• Experience: 4 years in application development or software engineering including full lifecycle project management.
• Preferred: Experience with AI tools frameworks and process automation technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Full-Stack Development: Strong experience with Python C# JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks such as React.
• Cloud & Azure Expertise: Hands-on experience building cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure (Functions App Services DevOps) SQL Server Power Automate and Power BI.
• APIs & Integrations: Proven ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services within scalable architectures.
• AI & Automation: Practical experience leveraging AI/ML tools and automation technologies to drive efficiency and business value.
• Technical Leadership: Ability to lead complex projects mentor engineers and make sound architectural decisions aligned with business goals.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and partner effectively across teams.
• Agile & Results-Driven: Effective problem-solver with experience delivering outcomes in fast-paced Agile environments..
