Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Process Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and project management with a focus on streamlining operations and increasing efficiency. This role will be responsible for analyzing our current processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance our overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct a thorough analysis of our current processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and understand the impact of proposed changes on the overall business.

- Utilize project management methodologies to plan execute and monitor process improvement projects.

- Monitor and track the progress of process improvement projects providing regular updates to senior management.

- Identify and address any potential risks or roadblocks to the success of process improvement initiatives.

- Train and coach employees on new processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation.

- Continuously evaluate and monitor processes to identify opportunities for further improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Business Administration or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement and project management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with process mapping and data analysis.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
