Assist the Director in choosing music dances and scenes that are appropriate for the students
Choreograph the songs for the show and teach the movement to the students
Oversee the dancing and movement aspects
Collaborate with the Director counselors and other staff members
Ensure that there is adequate supervision of the students
Promote an environment based on working as an ensemble taking creative risks and having fun.
Help produce a 30 minute workshop performance
For students in grades 1-5
Production period: July6 - July 17 Monday - Friday 8:30 - 1:30
Performances on Friday July 10 and 17 1:00
Planning meetings before and after
Requirements:
Ability to demonstrate dance movement
Ability to teach a large group of kids for 5 hours per day
Location: Burlington High School Burlington MA
Compensation: $1500.00
