Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for office roles (PMs Estimators Superintendents Admin Accounting).
• Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill positions quickly and effectively.
• Screen candidates coordinate interviews and support hiring decisions.
• Promote Precision Walls as an employer of choice (ESOP career growth training programs).
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in ATS.

Requirements / Experience:

• Experience in recruiting and human resources is preferred.
• Talented communication skills: In-person verbal and written.
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus.
• Dedicated to customer service outgoing and likable attitude.
• Extremely detailed and organized.
• Computer and technology savvy.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
