This opening is new graduate APP Fellowship Program eligible! Community Health Network has developed a holistic program to assist newly graduated APP employees. The goal of this intentional and systematic training program is to support the transition of new providers from academia into clinical practice and prepare them for long careers within the Community Health Network. Your journey with the APP Fellowship Program begins once you have accepted an APP role with our Network. To qualify as a new graduate you must be board certified and graduated.

Single robust electronic medical record system (EPIC)

Experience
Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification; must maintain certification on an ongoing basis.
Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing; must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority on an ongoing basis.
