Job Summary

Were looking for an energetic and reliable Service Lane Coordinator to support our busy service department. This role is key to creating a smooth professional experience for our customers while keeping daily operations running efficiently.

What Youll Do

  • Greet customers and direct vehicles in the service lane
  • Assist with vehicle check-in and install seat covers/floor mats
  • Safely move vehicles throughout the service area and lot
  • Keep the service drive and parking areas clean and organized
  • Support shuttle coordination and loaner vehicle tracking
  • Assist with fueling light cleaning and seasonal snow removal
  • Provide friendly helpful service to every guest

What Were Looking For

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Complete a pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to drive automatic (manual preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
