What were looking for:
An energetic motivated IT Specialist to join our fast-growing and dynamic team.
Someone who is extremely professional and courteous as this individual will be dealing with customers vendors and fellow employees.
What youll be doing:
The responsibilities of this position will vary but primarily focus on supporting internal technology operations end-user support endpoint lifecycle management and core IT administration. Employee should generally be in the office Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5 PM but remote work opportunities are also available.
Specific duties to include:
- Provide Level 1 technical support to employees both in-office and remotely (hardware software account access and connectivity issues)
- Manage user accounts access provisioning and access changes across systems and applications
- Support software deployment licensing and updates
- Assist with company-wide technology and cybersecurity initiatives including user-facing security controls and awareness efforts
Applicant Qualifications:
- Associate degree in relevant field or equivalent degree or experience.
- Prior experience in a customer service technical support or IT help desk role
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Apps (Word Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with Active Directory or Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra)
- Preferred but not Required:
- Experience with Power Automate and/or PowerShell
- Microsoft SharePoint and Teams management
- Knowledge on conference room systems
- AV knowledge
