Job Summary
Location: Washington DC - Local DMV candidates only.
Position Type: Hybrid
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days on-site
Contract Length: Long-term with annual extensions
Position Overview:
The role focuses on designing developing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and Narrative Reporting solutions including workforce financial and project modules. The contractor will also manage integrations automate data processes and ensure accurate financial reporting while providing ongoing support throughout the SDLC.

Position Overview:
The role focuses on designing developing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and Narrative Reporting solutions including workforce financial and project modules. The contractor will also manage integrations automate data processes and ensure accurate financial reporting while providing ongoing support throughout the SDLC.
Required Skills:
- 12 years of technical experience with Oracle Budget Applications including Hyperion EPM Cloud and EPBCS.
- 5 years of experience developing planning forms data management integrations business rules and reports with EPM Cloud and/or EPBCS Planning including Narrative Reporting.
- 3 years of technical experience with Oracle EPM Hyperion EPM Automate and Python to load and extract data including associated scripts.
- 3 years of experience implementing Oracle EPM Groovy business rules.
- Professional experience with 2 or more large Hyperion EPM Cloud and Oracle Planning implementations in the Public Sector.
- Demonstrated ability in developing management reporting dashboards SmartView for Narrative Reporting Annual Report production and/or Budget Book production.
- Experience interacting with stakeholders managing expectations providing regular updates and conducting requirements definition sessions.
- Design and develop business rules including Groovy rules for financials workforce projects and custom cubes.
- Configure and develop the EPM Cloud Planning workforce module including forms and integrations with PeopleSoft.
- Design and develop reports packages and doclets using Narrative Reporting for annual financial reports and Budget Book production.
- Configure Financial Close and Consolidation modules in integration with Oracle ERP General Ledger for annual financial reporting.
- Develop and deploy EPM Planning and Narrative Reporting REST APIs using Groovy scripting and business rules.
- Utilize Python scripts with EPM Cloud REST API and EPM Automate to extract transform and load ERP data into EPM Planning.
- Design develop and support data integrations using Data Management and Data Exchange for EPM Cloud.
- Implement EPM Planning integrations for ERP General Ledger Budgetary Control Projects & Awards modules and PeopleSoft.
- Analyze debug and interact with Oracle Support to resolve Planning environment and development issues.
- Provide ongoing SDLC support including development and maintenance of Oracle Planning artifacts.
- Assess the impact of potential changes and implement solutions to mitigate negative outcomes.
- Interact with stakeholders manage expectations provide updates and conduct requirements definition sessions.
