We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a travel assignment in a clinical setting. This role involves supporting pharmacists in medication preparation distribution and inventory management while ensuring accuracy safety and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists in filling compounding and dispensing medication orders
Prepare package and label pharmaceuticals accurately
Perform medication distribution and delivery tasks
Maintain inventory including specialty medications and controlled substances
Demonstrate proficiency in two or more pharmacy areas such as:
Production/Distribution
Oncology
Inventory Management
Narcotics Handling
Compounding
Outpatient/Home Care services
Provide support for patient care across all age groups (neonate to geriatric)
Ensure compliance with safety infection control and pharmacy regulations
Qualifications
MUST have hazardous drug and chemo compounding experience preferably with experience in oncology facilities.
Required Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Georgia.
Min of 2 years of experience within specialty.

Day shift schedule with no weekend requirement
