Monday - Friday

What youll do:

In this role youll work closely with Vermeer Midwest Territory Managers to create an exceptional customer experience. Youll serve as a product expertdemonstrating equipment providing training and helping ensure customers get the most out of their machines.

• Plan and manage weekly schedules and track customer activity in the CRM
• Conduct classroom onsite and handson training sessions
• Set up and operate equipment to demonstrate bestinclass productivity
• Perform product startups and equipment demonstrations
• Train on utility equipment including:
• Directional Boring Machines
• Mud Mixers & Reclaimers
• Truck & Trailer Vacs
• Plows Trenchers and Pile Drivers
• Proactively assess customer needs and recommend solutions
• Partner closely with the Vermeer Midwest sales team to share market insights and best practices

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license (ability to obtain CDL Class A preferred)
• Strong communication organization and timemanagement skills
• A customerfirst mindset and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
• 2 years of experience operating or repairing directional drilling and/or hydro vac equipment
• Postsecondary education
• CDL Class A (or willingness to obtain)
