What Youll Do:
- Executive Partnership - Serve as the trusted right hand to a leader managing complex calendars and prioritizing critical engagements
- Global Coordination - Orchestrate seamless domestic and international travel and worldwide meetings
- Strategic Communication - Handle high-level correspondence presentations and reports with discretion
- Event Excellence - Plan and execute leadership meetings employee celebrations and strategic planning sessions
- Organizational Leadership - Maintain SharePoint sites organizational charts and recognition programs
- Proactive Problem-Solving - Anticipate needs and resolve challenges before they impact leadership

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED
5 years of experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment
5 years of experience coordinating international & domestic travel for leaders
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience working in multi-national organization
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Outlook PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Superior problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
