Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead coach and elevate our BDC team. This role is responsible for driving performance accountability and consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead train and develop a team of BDRs
- Track and manage KPIs: calls appointments set/shown and sold
- Enforce CRM processes and ensure quality follow-up
- Improve appointment show rates and conversion performance
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Service leadership
- Monitor call quality provide coaching and drive accountability
- Analyze data and implement strategies to improve results
What Were Looking For
- Proven BDC automotive sales or call center management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching ability
- Experience with CRM tools (VinSolutions preferred)
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and accountability
- High level of organization and communication skills
