Locum Physician - Maternal Fetal Medicine

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical care in a Monday to Friday schedule covering 9 hours each day.
• Conduct consultations and perform ultrasound reads ensuring high standards of patient care.
• Maintain a minimum coverage of 1 week block per month.
• Utilize Epic and Viewpoint systems for efficient clinic management.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine (REQUIRED)
• Active Washington State License or IMLC Eligible for Compact License (REQUIRED)
• Minimum of 1-year post-fellowship clinical experience (REQUIRED)
• Self-Query NPDB pulled within 30 days of submission (REQUIRED)
• Clinical activity must be maintained for at least 1 year (REQUIRED)
• Completion of the Prescreen Questionnaire (REQUIRED)
• CV in MM/YYYY format detailing all gaps (REQUIRED)
• No history of malpractice or disclosures (REQUIRED)
• Home Address Phone Number and Email address included in CVs first page (REQUIRED)

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Active Washington State Medical License
