A well-established insurance defense firm with an office in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense/Workers Compensation Defense Paralegal to join their growing team.

Qualifications :

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing cases from inception through resolution.

Qualified candidates must have:

• 3 years of Workers Compensation defense experience preferred
• 3 years of Insurance Defense experience required
• Strong knowledge of State Board of Workers Compensation procedures
• Experience drafting pleadings motions discovery responses and correspondence
• Experience managing medical records and case summaries
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with billing time!
