Mobile Unit Driver Talent Engagement Specialist (925658)

• Deliver WIOA Basic and Individualized Career Services
• Assist job seekers with job search resumes application and career planning
• Coordinate mobile unit schedule locations and logistics across six counties
• Build partnerships with community organizations employers and education providers
• Conduct outreach to underserved and priority populations
• Support employer engagement recruitment and hiring events
• Ensure accurate data entry reporting and WIOA compliance
• Operate and coordinate operation of the mobile unit
• Maintaining and clean the mobile unit

Qualifications :

• Valid driverss license with clean driving record
• Ability to travel extensively across a multi-county region
• Preferred experience in workforce development case management or human services
• Strong communication customer service and relationship-building skills
