Position Overview

Inabia Solutions & Consulting is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week travel assignment at a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Courtland Virginia. This role is ideal for clinicians experienced in post-acute care who are passionate about helping patients regain communication and swallowing function.

You will work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver patient-centered therapy in a structured rehabilitation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate diagnose and treat speech language cognitive and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Educate patients families and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license Virginia (required)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Minimum 1 year of SLP experience preferably in SNF or rehab settings
• Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
