Job Summary
The Business Operations Intern will support strategic and operational projects across the Data Center Business Unit including initiatives coordinated through the Chief of Staff organization. This role will provide exposure to business operations reporting project coordination and leadership support within a global technology business. The intern will assist with data analysis reporting meeting preparation project tracking and cross-functional coordination to enable operational excellence and strategic alignment across the business.
Responsibilities
  • Support preparation of business reviews town halls leadership meetings and operational cadences.
  • Assist with data analysis KPI tracking and dashboard maintenance (Excel Power BI).
  • Help gather inputs organize information and prepare materials for strategic initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional coordination with engineering operations product and go-to-market teams by helping organize inputs notes follow-ups and status updates.
  • Assist in tracking project timelines risks and deliverables for operational and strategic programs under the guidance of business leaders.
  • Maintain documentation action logs and reporting repositories for leadership visibility.
  • Assist with preparing presentation materials templates and meeting summaries for the Chief of Staff office.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support recommendations for process improvements and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Completion of sophomore or junior year in a business analytics operations or related program preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel; Power BI or PowerPoint experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in strategy business operations or technology environments.
  • Japanese language proficiency (verbal and written) a plus for collaborating with international stakeholders.
Working Conditions
Office-based environment with potential hybrid flexibility. May include occasional coordination with global teams across different time zones.
