We are looking for five dedicated staff members to join a multidisciplinary working group tasked with the critical mission of designing implementing and monitoring our districts new Time-Out and De-escalation Protocols. This group will ensure our practices are data-driven trauma- informed and practical for classroom environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Implement: Help build the framework for how de-escalation and time-out protocols
are used across the district.
Data Monitoring: Review district-wide data to identify trends and make evidence-based
recommendations for improvement.
Time Commitment & Compensation
This is a grant-funded stipend position for work performed outside of contractual hours. There will be up to 16 hours of work paid at the contractual hourly rate.
Qualifications
Current staff member with a strong interest in student behavior safety and equity.
Ability to analyze data and provide constructive solution-oriented feedback.
Strong collaborative skills
Openness to reviewing and refining existing templates and professional practices.
