About This Role

Enabled Energy is seeking aBusiness Development Manager (BDM) to own build and grow a defined book of business through disciplined prospecting account expansion and multithreaded relationship development.


The BDM is abuilder role not a peoplemanagement role. This position is responsible for developing and executing account strategies expanding relationships within existing customers uncovering new opportunities inside assigned accounts and driving revenue growth through consistent organized sales execution.


Success in this role requires exceptional time management organization and prioritization along with the ability to run complex longcycle opportunities while maintaining steady prospecting activity.


Travel Expectations
The BDE will pursue projects across the United States and Canada with travel estimated to be up to 50% of the time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a defined book of business
  • Prospect into existing accounts to uncover new buyers departments and opportunities
  • Build multithreaded relationships across technical financial and executive stakeholders
  • Drive opportunity progression from earlystage (ESP) to latestage (LSP)
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline
  • Balance strategic pursuits with consistent daytoday execution

Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (10 years relevant experience may substitute)
  • 7 years experience in data centerrelated sales engineering or services
  • Proven success managing and growing a book of business
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions (HVAC electrical controls power or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect within existing accounts
  • Active relationships with data center operators or owners
  • Strong experience with CRM pipeline management and forecasting
