Full Time Stna-Nights

Join the dedicated team at Trotwood Health & Rehab LLC as a Full Time STNA working night shifts in Dayton OH. This role is essential in providing compassionate care to our residents ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the night. You will play a critical part in supporting the nursing staff and contributing to a positive healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care to residents including bathing dressing grooming and toileting assistance.
• Monitor residents conditions and report any changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Assist with mobility and positioning to prevent bedsores and promote comfort.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by following facility protocols and infection control standards.
• Support residents during meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Document care given and observations accurately and timely in residents records.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare team members to provide the highest quality care.

Requirements

• Valid STNA certification in the state of Ohio.
• Previous experience working as an STNA preferably in a long-term care or rehab setting.
• Ability to work comfortably during night hours and adapt to shift requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate patient-focused and detail-oriented approach to caregiving.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
