Job Summary

It is a 100% onsite position in Suitland MD or Bowie MD.
Full Time.

JOB SUMMARY:

Supports the core Linux servers while also providing crucial support for Microsoft Azure cloud architecture and Windows server environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operations and maintenance as the primary resource for the Linux servers.
Support on-prem and cloud-based Linux servers.
Support and manage Windows cloud servers services and cloud migrations.
Assist in migration security planning and governance support for MS Azure architecture.
Draft implementation plans and recommend cost-conscious solutions (Windows Linux or Azure Marketplace) to assist in meeting federal policies.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

Education: Bachelors/Associate Degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
Experience: 58 years of experience managing enterprise Linux server environments and assisting with public cloud (Azure) infrastructure.
Preferred Certification: CompTIA Linux Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
