House Supervisor

An exceptional hospital near Helena Montana is looking for a full-time permanent House Supervisor to join its team. The leadership opportunity comes with up to a $20000 retention bonus and $7000 in relocation assistance.

Pay Range: $35.00-$52.00/hr

House Supervisor Opportunity:

Full-time permanent role direct-hire
Monday-Friday. 5x8s dayshift
$20000 retention bonus and $7000 relocation assistance available
Benefits package including medical dental vision PTO and retirement
The House Supervisor oversees daily hospital operation supports the critical care department and provides hands-on patient care when needed

House Supervisor Qualifications:

Active Montana RN license required before start date
Minimum of 3 years hospital RN experience
ICU experience strongly preferred
Proven leadership in patient flow resource management or nursing supervision
