Intern Decision Support Analyst Summer 2026

What you will do:

• Work with clients to validate and obtain sign-off of client solutions and dynamic campaign execution via checklists and project management task lists.

• Develop maintain and improve client relationship through client communications

• Provide data analysis and recommendations to support multiple technical operations

• Participate in improvement process for existing solutions such as solution tool and process changes

• Application administration: Identify recommend and document code changes or make appropriate code changes. Construct and/or improve data documentation as needed and change processes for clients

• Investigate and coach clients on potential processing efficiencies redundancies and/or optimum use of data. Drive and share standard methodologies adoption of standards and lessons learned with internal Acxiom teams

• Maintain domain expertise in designated accounts and processes

• Ensure compliance with established procedures project requirements and service level agreements through audits and checklists

• Assist in debugging issues in user processes

• Assist in campaign management project management via Excel calendars and task lists. Manage checklist and procedures compliance across production team.

What you will need:

• Pursuing a bachelors degree in Information Systems Business Data Analytics or a related field

• Experience with SQL

• Foundational programming knowledge
