What youll do:

Precision Cutting: Accurately measure and cut metal tubing and materials as specified by the blueprint to ensure perfect fitment.
Safety as a Standard: By maintaining high quality and safety standards on every conversion you ensure that our Freedom Family stays safe on the road.
Fueling the Team: Your role in cutting and loading materials supplies the welding and production teams keeping the entire mission moving forward.

What youll need:

Skills: Ability to read blueprints use a metric tape measure and communicate effectively with shift leads and engineers.
Physical Demands: Physical stamina to stand for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience: Previous construction or welding experience is preferred but a commitment to quality and punctuality is essential.
