Bell Ford is hiring anExperienced Main Line Automotive Technician to join our highvolume wellestablished Ford service department. Were looking for a skilled motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to maximize earning potential in a fastpaced environment with consistent workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles including engine transmission drivability electrical and HVAC systems
• Utilize factory scan tools and service information to accurately identify vehicle concerns
• Complete warranty repairs in accordance with Ford policies and procedures
• Perform customerpay repairs efficiently with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
• Stay current with Ford technology and vehicle systems including hybrid and EV platforms (if applicable)
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding diagnostics recommended repairs and timelines
• Provide repair explanations that support customer trust and repair approval
• Work collaboratively with fellow technicians shop foremen and management
• Maintain strong flagged hours and productivity in a highvolume shop environment
• Properly manage time and prioritize multiple repair orders
• Follow dealership workflow processes to meet repair deadlines
• Conduct road tests and final inspections as required
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and dealership standards
• Uphold dealership standards for professionalism attendance and teamwork

Qualifications

• 3 years of main line or advanced automotive technician experience
• Prior Ford dealership experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic mechanical and electrical skills
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Must provide own tools
• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
• Ability to multitask in a highvolume shop environment
