As aSenior Talent Specialisthere at Honeywell you will play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition and talent management strategies that align with the Process Automation business strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent you will work in either our Houston Texasor Charlotte North Carolinalocation on a Hybridwork schedule.
In this role you will have a significant impact on the success of strategically identifying developing and retaining skilled individuals. You will collaborate with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives and drive a high-performance culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving business level talent strategies
- Succession planning and talent pipelines
- Critical leadership development and high-impact hiring initiatives
- Fostering strategic Business and HR partnerships to anticipate workforce needs

YOU MUST HAVE
- 3 years of broad HR experience including talent acquisition or talent management
- Experience developing implementing and supporting large programs and processes
