The Caesars Rewards Lead Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to mid- and high-tier guests. This role provides personalized assistance by sharing information about comp limits exclusive services premium amenities and special player events ensuring outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities
Travel required Caesars Palace Paris Horseshoe Cromwell LINQ Planet Hollywood Harrahs and Flamingo.
Oversees Caesars Rewards operations: Coordinates staff activities ensures floor and center coverage and maintains a clean well-stocked work area.
Leads and supports the team: Instructs directs coaches and assists with hiring and training of personnel.
Maintains data and security standards: Ensures database integrity protects customer rewards and credit lines and handles sensitive materials confidentially.
Manages reporting and communication: Completes required reports and maintains interdepartmental program communication.
Supports additional duties: Assists with special projects and other Caesars Rewards tasks as requested by management.
Engages guests in a friendly enthusiastic manner and adheres to attendance and company policies.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a Gaming Sheriffs card.
Requires previous customer service experience with a proven ability to deliver courteous friendly and efficient service.
Supervisory experience (minimum one year preferred); capable of leading small teams of Caesars Rewards employees.
Strong understanding of the Caesars Rewards program including the ability to analyze customer tracking data.
Must be able to work any day of the week or any shift.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Strong interpersonal communication team-building and problem-solving skills.
Outgoing energetic and maintaining a positive attitude toward the job and company.
Enjoys engaging with guests and actively seeks service opportunities.
Capable of making sound comping decisions.
Proficient in computer use; able to type at least 35 WPM.
Fluent in reading writing speaking and understanding English.
Maintains a professional well-groomed appearance.
