The Payroll Specialist IV role will execute the payroll function for assigned clients including maintenance of employee payroll records payroll processing and resolution of client queries.

- Earn: $25 per hour
- Location: 4875 N Susquehanna Trail York PA 17406 (Onsite required)
- Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm
You will contribute by:
- Recording and verifying all relevant payroll data and input prior to processing as well as preparing and communicating reportwith details of weekly payroll run (PPI)
- Executing weekly payroll processing through WFM including data validation preliminary and final payroll runs audits and submissions
- Auditing and correcting employee punches including missing time schedule mismatches and start/stop discrepancies performing proactive cleanup prior to payroll processing
- Processing payroll adjustments (PPWs) including retroactive corrections and pay discrepancies
- Supporting payroll-related financial processes including pto submissions for absences reporting for Incentive programs and submissions for disqualifications
- Generating analyzing and communicating payroll reports including payroll summaries discrepancies and required approvals
- Coordinating payroll distribution including processing and secure handling of live checks
- Partnering with Operations HR and leadership to investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee pay issues
- Communicating payroll timelines processing expectations and system lockout periods to stakeholders

Were searching for candidates with:
At least six months of warehouse experience with financial systems and software (Oracle Hyperion Workday Excel) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
Strong planning and execution skills
Ability to work with and through others to achieve desired results
Strong team orientation and collaboration to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with people at all levels in the organization
Ability and willingness to follow all safety policies and procedures
