The Business Development Representative or BDR generates and qualifies pipeline by engaging target accounts identifying early-stage opportunities and progressing prospects into the sales process.
Job Duties:
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing
- Identify ICP fit initial pain points and stakeholders
- Schedule qualified meetings for AEs
- Maintain high activity levels and CRM hygiene
- All other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- 13 years in sales business development or similar role
- Comfortable with high activity and metrics-driven environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Experience selling into home-based healthcare the broader healthcare industry or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills
Work Environment
- This role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville near Mosais offices though remote candidates will be considered. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.
- Travel required to clients conferences and prospects as needed.
Physical Demands of Our Work Environment
- This position uses a computer and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The in-office noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Frequent interruptions may be encountered throughout the workday.
- The employee is required to either stand or sit talk and hear frequently required to use repetitive keying or hand motions.
