Job Summary
- Maintain and troubleshoot all IT and broadcast equipment within the facility to ensure operational excellence. This may include servers routers switches VOIP phones and PCs.
- End-user support for all network computer and software related issues.
- Perform routinemaintenanceon broadcast equipment including audio video and control systems.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop and implement audio video and IT solutions that meet the stations needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly especially during live broadcasts to minimize downtime and ensure on-air continuity.
- Assist in the successful completion of new initiativestechnical upgrades and operational projects.
- Interface with internal users corporate teams and external vendors to diagnose implement and resolve system issues.
- Windows Domain user/group administration adds deletions changes
Requirements & Skills:
- College degree preferred
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and VPNs is preferred. Experience with Adobe editing systems is an advantage.
- Experience with broadcast audio video and control systems a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Fluency in English ability to explaintechnical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and independently on projects.
- Flexibility to work early mornings weekends evenings and holidays as needed.
- Physical capability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds work in varied weather conditions and climb ladders as required.
