Lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of manual visual inspection while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders and customers.

A Day in the Life:

Lead daily visual inspection operations ensuring compliance with cGMP
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety quality and delivery
Partner cross-functionally to meet customer commitments
Serve as key contact for stakeholders and customers
Analyze metrics and implement improvements
Lead and develop team members
Support inspections and audits
Ensure adherence to cleanroom and safety requirements

Keys to Success:

Education

Advanced degree with 3 years OR Bachelors with 4 years experience

Experience

Visual inspection experience required
Operations leadership in regulated manufacturing
Team leadership and development
Continuous improvement initiatives

Knowledge Skills Abilities

cGMP and regulatory knowledge
Project management and problem-solving
Data analysis and performance improvement
ERP and lean manufacturing experience
