We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven L&D Project Manager to lead complex enterprise-wide learning initiatives with a strong focus on innovation scale and GenAI-enabled learning solutions. This role goes beyond traditional project management partnering closely with business leaders cross-functional teams and technology teams to design deliver and continuously improve learning programs that leverage data automation and generative AI.
Years of experience needed
10 Plus years of strong hands-on project management experience with 5 plus years in L&D.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise-level learning programs
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning solution
- Hands-on exposure to GenAI tools or AI-driven learning platforms
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid)
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to faster pace shifting priorities demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for L&D initiatives including onboarding leadership development compliance training and upskilling programs
- Identify and implement GenAI use cases across the learning lifecycle (e.g. content creation personalization assessments learning analytics coaching bots)
- Partner with instructional design and tech teams to embed AI-driven learning solutions responsibly and effectively
- Oversee pilot programs for GenAI-enabled tools and scale successful solutions across the organization
- Ensure ethical compliant and secure use of AI in learning initiatives
- Expertise in creating L&D curriculum for internal teams.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines budgets and resource allocation
- Track project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (instructional designers facilitators LMS admins vendors) to ensure smooth delivery
- Ensure learning programs meet quality standards and align with organizational learning strategy
- Manage communication with stakeholders providing regular status updates and reports
- Oversee pilot programs rollouts and post-launch evaluations
- Use data and feedback to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain project documentation and governance standards
