Learning & Development (L&D) Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven L&D Project Manager to lead complex enterprise-wide learning initiatives with a strong focus on innovation scale and GenAI-enabled learning solutions. This role goes beyond traditional project management partnering closely with business leaders cross-functional teams and technology teams to design deliver and continuously improve learning programs that leverage data automation and generative AI.

Years of experience needed

10 Plus years of strong hands-on project management experience with 5 plus years in L&D.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience managing complex enterprise-level learning programs
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning solution
• Hands-on exposure to GenAI tools or AI-driven learning platforms
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid)
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to faster pace shifting priorities demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for L&D initiatives including onboarding leadership development compliance training and upskilling programs
• Identify and implement GenAI use cases across the learning lifecycle (e.g. content creation personalization assessments learning analytics coaching bots)
• Partner with instructional design and tech teams to embed AI-driven learning solutions responsibly and effectively
• Oversee pilot programs for GenAI-enabled tools and scale successful solutions across the organization
• Ensure ethical compliant and secure use of AI in learning initiatives
• Expertise in creating L&D curriculum for internal teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines budgets and resource allocation
• Track project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (instructional designers facilitators LMS admins vendors) to ensure smooth delivery
• Ensure learning programs meet quality standards and align with organizational learning strategy
• Manage communication with stakeholders providing regular status updates and reports
• Oversee pilot programs rollouts and post-launch evaluations
• Use data and feedback to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain project documentation and governance standards
