- Conduct property site visits presentations and client consultations.
- Prepare and negotiate sales agreements in line with company policy.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and follow up on prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Advise clients on property pricing payment plans mortgage options and investment potential.
- Coordinate with legal finance and project teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing dynamics in Ugandas real estate market.
- Participate in property exhibitions activations and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate Sales or a related field.
- Minimum of 24 years experience in real estate sales or related property sales in Uganda.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of Ugandas property market land documentation processes and basic property law is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
