As we continue scaling we are looking for a Senior Finance Associate to strengthen financial operations reporting and process growth.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

Sr Finance Associate

You will be the core operator of Finance at Nextail owning the full monthly close cycle forecasting and the day-to-day financial operations of the company. Youll work closely with the Head of Finance and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and leadership. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is rigorous proactive and comfortable navigating both operational detail and strategic context.

Key responsibilities

• Monthly close & forecasting Own the end-to-end monthly close process including journal entries reconciliations and variance analysis. Maintain and update rolling forecasts.
• Financial reporting & audit Prepare internal and external financial reports support the annual accounts process and act as point of contact for auditors.
• Accounting & bookkeeping Record and review accounting entries in Holded maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with Spanish GAAP (PGC).
• Client billing & collections Manage the full invoice-to-cash cycle.
• Treasury & cash flow Monitor treasury positions prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Ad hoc finance support Contribute to contract reviews commission calculations KYB processes and strategic finance projects as the business evolves.
