Senior Consultant Manager – Supply Chain Finance
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant / Manager with a strong background in consulting and banking to join the Global Confirming team.
The role focuses on leading strategic and transformation initiatives within Supply Chain Finance particularly Confirming solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business technology and operations teams in an international environment driving impactful change and delivering high-value solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and transformation projects within Supply Chain Finance.
- Design and implement process improvement initiatives in collaboration with Business and Technology & Operations (T&O).
- Develop financial models business cases and budget tracking frameworks.
- Perform advanced data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for senior management and steering committees.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Business IT Operations etc.).
- Monitor KPIs identify efficiency levers and propose optimization initiatives.
- Support the definition of product strategy and roadmap for SCF solutions.
- Ensure alignment between business strategy technology capabilities and operating model.
Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Economics or related field.
- MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting (strategy technology or business).
- Experience in the banking sector (ideally within global institutions).
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Finance.
- Experience working with Technology & Operations teams.
- Proven experience in project/program management and team coordination.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling analysis).
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills (executive presentations).
- Strong experience in budgeting and financial planning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and executives.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent).
