Project Manager RS

At Auren Personas we work from the Recruitment & Executive Search division and we are dedicated to providing specialized Human Resources consulting services.

We are currently collaborating with a leading HVAC industry company based in Madrid which is looking to add a Project Manager RS to its team.

About the Role:

• RS Project and Orders Management from the beginning to the end of the project

• RS Project planning project scope and objectives

• Project team leadership Project communication and coordination between functions

• Follow up and management of the contract. Overdues Management

• General logistical tasks (common customer handling)

• General Project Risk Management escalation and mitigation

• Managing the customer complaint investigation

• Direct Interface with customers-verbally and written-to deliver quality services and handling customer expectations

• Achievement of QMD Project Objectives: leadtimes cost quality

• Initiation of correction actions for the elimination of the problems re-arise

• Follow-up the fulfilment and efficiency of the initiated improvement actions

• Project cost management: product and non recurring costs

• To be familiar with Policies and Regulations regarding Health&Safety Environment and Quality and make sure those are observed on his area of responsibility.

Requirements:

• Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree is desired.

• General Knowledge or Air Conditioning Systems.

• Project Management experience.

• Knowledge of contracts and orders management.

• Knowledge of MS Project and MS Office.

• Knowledge of SAP is desired.

• English: Advanced.
